When we launched the UV Club at the beginning of this year, we weren't sure what to expect.

We set the price at €20 a month. We called it a founding edition. We told the people who joined first that they would be locked in at that price as long as they stayed — and we meant it.

The response was beyond what we expected.

The founding edition is now closed. The UV Club has reopened — at €30 a month.

This is not a story about a price increase. It is a story about what independent eyewear can actually be when you build it around the people who wear it.

What the UV Club is

Most eyewear is bought once, worn until something breaks, and then replaced with whatever is convenient at the time. There is no relationship. No conversation. No real fit.

The UV Club is a different model.

For €30 a month, members receive two pairs of premium handmade eyewear a year — one the day they join, one six months later. They choose from the full collection: Eye Respect, Monaco by Eye Respect, Gibson, LDNR, F1® Eyewear, Zoobug, Minions. Sunglasses or prescription. No restrictions.

The maths is straightforward. A single pair of Eye Respect frames costs €195–€280. Monaco starts at €265. Two pairs anywhere else costs €400–€560. The UV Club is €360 for the year.

But the UV Club is not just about the frames.

What comes with it

Members get access to the UV Acoustic Club — live music every Friday evening at UV Studio Brescia. Not a ticketed event. Not a reservation. Just a place to be, with good frames on your face and people who care about the same things you do.

They get priority access to new collections before they go public. They get exclusive member pricing across all seven brands we carry.

And they get the knowledge that they are buying from people who have spent thirty years in eyewear and seven years in Formula 1 — people who will fit them properly, follow up, and be here next year.

Why we changed the price

The founding edition was a gesture of trust. We were asking people to believe in something that didn't fully exist yet.

They believed. And so the club exists.

€30 a month reflects what the club actually costs to run well — the frames, the fitting, the service, the relationship. It is still, objectively, the best value in independent eyewear in Europe. We would not have changed it otherwise.

Founding members stay at €20 forever. That promise does not change.

The subscription runs monthly. After 12 months it auto-cancels unless you choose to continue. No hidden fees. No small print.

Who the UV Club is for

It is for people who buy one pair of sunglasses every few years and always wish they had bought something better.

It is for people who wear prescription frames daily and have never been entirely happy with what they chose.
