1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of uvultimatevision.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you have questions, contact us at info@uvultimatevision.com before ordering.
2. Products
We sell premium independent eyewear — sunglasses and prescription frames — and related accessories. Every frame is described as accurately as possible. Because many of our frames are handmade from natural materials such as acetate, small variations between individual pieces are normal and are part of their character, not a defect. Screen colours may differ slightly from the actual product.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and advance bank transfer. Your payment may be charged at the time your order is accepted and processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order. We will send an order confirmation by email; if you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact us. We reserve the right to decline an order and will refund any payment taken if we do.
5. Prescription eyewear
For prescription orders, you are responsible for providing an accurate, valid prescription. We are not liable for issues arising from an incorrect prescription supplied by the customer. If you are unsure, contact us or use our Iris personal shopper service and we will guide you.
6. Shipping
We ship across Europe, to the UK and USA, and worldwide. Delivery costs and times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Orders to the UK, USA and destinations outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility.
7. Returns and refunds
You may return unworn frames in original condition within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Returns Policy and your statutory rights. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer under Italian and EU law, including the right of withdrawal.
8. Warranty
All our frames carry a two-year manufacturing warranty covering manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear.
9. UV Club
UV Club is a membership offering two pairs of eyewear per year over twelve monthly payments. Full membership terms are provided at the point of joining and on the UV Club page. UV Club is not an open-ended subscription: it consists of twelve payments and then ends.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, and designs — belongs to UV Ultimate Vision S.R.L. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand names and logos of the eyewear brands we stock remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
12. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law (GDPR). See our Privacy Policy for details.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brescia, Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
