But that's not all—after six months, you'll receive a second pair of glasses included! Yes, two pairs of glasses a year starting from €20 per month (€240 annually).
How It Works:
It's incredibly simple!
- Choose your glasses online or at UV Studio.
- Fill out the provided link and receive confirmation of your club membership along with your membership card.
- After six months, UV will help you select a second pair of glasses (sunglasses or prescription) that will either be shipped to you or available for pick-up at the store.

Product information
UV Ultimate Vision ships worldwide, using the worldwide services of DHL, UPS and other reliable and safe express couriers. We hope that your experience receiving your order at home will be the best.
Deliveries in Italy: the delivery fee for orders under 150 € is 10 € and is automatically calculated during checkout. Higher amount orders benefit from free delivery and are usually delivered in 2-5 working days.
Deliveries in the European Union: for orders under 250 € there is a delivery fee of 20 €. Orders above that amount benefit from free delivery.
Deliveries in the Rest of the World: for orders above €450 there is a delivery fee of €50. Orders above that amount benefit from free delivery.
Our shipping service operates Monday through Friday. Orders are not prepared for shipping on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders received on holidays or weekends are picked up and handled on the next business day.
If you are not completely satisfied with your sunglasses or eyeglasses and would like to make a return or exchange, please send an email to info@uvultimatevision.com with your full name and order number listed on the order confirmation.
We will be happy to offer advice on alternative eyewear styles or alternatively issue a return authorization.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the package.
The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. You are responsible for the goods until they are returned to us in store, so please take good care of them.
We recommend traceable and insured shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost/damaged in transit.
Once the returned item has been inspected by us, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or refund as you request. We will refund the full amount of your original order as per your legal rights. Refunds will be made within 48 hours of receiving the items in store. Depending on your bank, refunds may be made within 1-3 weeks of being credited to your bank statement.

Glasses Warranty
The two-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects. It does not cover any breakage due to misuse or poor maintenance by the consumer.
How can I order glasses?
You can get inspired by browsing through our wide selection of sunglasses and eyeglasses by browsing through the site's categories. Once you have found the model you wish to purchase, add it directly to your shopping cart and proceed to payment, following the instructions provided during the checkout process. If you prefer, contact us by phone or via chat, directly from the product page. We will be happy to assist you in real time with your choice and order steps.
Can I pick up at the store?
Absolutely! The UV Ultimate Vision team will assist you with the perfect selection and fitting.
Can I use a discount code?
You can redeem one of our discount codes you received by email or we assigned to you by simply entering it during check-out, before proceeding with payment.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You will be able to finalize the payment of your order using the method you prefer: Mastercard, Visa or American Express Credit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Remember that the transaction may not be charged immediately, but at the time the order is accepted and processed. Payment by bank transfer in advance is possible. Cash on delivery is not possible.
Can I change the delivery address?
The processing of your order is initiated quickly. For this reason, please contact us promptly if you would like to change the address or delivery method, for an order that has already been confirmed.
Where can I find my order confirmation?
After placing an order and receiving payment approval, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 5 minutes, please check the spam folder of your email client. If you do not receive it, please contact us by email or phone.
How can I track my order?
The moment your order is shipped from one of our logistics centers, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a link to the tracking of the Express Courier that will make the delivery. We recommend that you consult the tracking to follow the delivery on the Express Courier's website and contact them directly in case of delivery delays or reports.
What should I do if I do not receive my order or an item is missing?
If your package is not delivered, you have 5 business days from receipt of your shipment confirmation email to notify us; if you fail to notify us, we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments. If your package is delivered and one or more items are missing, please keep the packaging so we can determine what happened. Any disputes regarding incorrect items, missing items, or delivery to the wrong address must be promptly communicated to us in writing or it will not be accepted. We reserve the right to request photographic support regarding incorrect or nonconforming merchandise before authorizing a return for a full refund.
